I Can See Parameters In A Rom-Com World! Chapter 17
🕑 Added 2021-07-25 04:47:09 +0000 UTCMasayoshi approached Sui, his loli crush, he didn’t go directly because he was hesitating, he looked back at Junichi with an unsure expression, then Junichi made a ‘go for it!’ sign, after that Masayoshi took a deep breath and finally approached his crush.
“H-hey!”
Sui was a bit startled by Masayoshi's unexpected approach, she was looking at him with a confused face. She doesn’t know why he approached her but she has to reply.
“Yes? What is it senpai?”
“W-well y-you..”
(Note: Each year, there is different color coding whenever it's the shoe, tie, or whatever, that is why it wasn’t that hard to recognize whose 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.)
In the corner, Junichi was covering his face with shame, he thought. ‘He’s shuttering! What the heck he looked confident when he approached, yet he screwed up the conversation!’
He couldn’t blame him, after all, he wasn’t like him that could confidently talk to most people, because of his ability this was considered normal? Since most guys would shutter while talking with their crush because they are nervous, most of them are simps.
It wasn’t bad to be one, in fact, it’s good however not too much, for example becoming a blind fool for the one you loved, yet knowing that you couldn’t have her that is just wrong, well it’s not really wrong but that depends on the circumstance, but one thing you shouldn’t be a hero for a girl that you can’t obtain that is just pitiful.
Good thing that Sui was a patient girl, so she let him finish his word even though she’s aware that his tone trembling, because of this Masayoshi could finish the whole sentence,
“Seemed t-troubled, s-so I thought that I could h-help with something!”
Junichi could finally breathe easily and thought. ‘Masayoshi is lucky, good thing this Sui is patient or else she’ll excuse herself and leave.’
Sui finally knew why he approached her, then she blushed a little and replied meekly.
“I-is that o-obvious that I look troubled?! No way! I’m embarrassed!”
She couldn’t help but cover her face a little, seeing this Junichi impression of her increased significantly and thought. ‘Good, this girl is your typical heroine from a rom-com anime! The way she acts just reminds me of someone, anyway with this I can rest assured ‘Masayoshi didn’t fall for some bitch, or else even if I help them go out, there is 80% that they’ll break up a month later.
‘Masayoshi was frozen for a moment, because of the cuteness that Sui was showing, but he didn’t forget his purpose!
“No! It wasn’t that obvious, I-i just happened to n-notice, hehe..”
“O-oh, that’s a relief...umm...about my problem...I-it’s embarrassing to say…”
“You don’t have money to buy something in the cafeteria right?”
“H-how did you know?”
Instead of being vigilant or wary, she was looking at Masayoshi with admiration, she thought. ‘How could he know? Could it be that he knows to mind-read?’
At the corner, Junichi smiled wryly after seeing her thoughts. “Not him, but me, her guess is spot on.”
‘Haha, who am I kidding there is no way anyone could read minds!’ She said at the end of her thoughts, then Masayoshi replied.
“I just saw you, looking for your wallet so...I thought it was the case.”
“Ah! You’re right…! H-how embarrassing to be seen like that!”
Sui was genuinely embarrassed at this point, seeing this reaction, ‘Masayoshi silently thanked Junichi from the bottom of his heart and said. ‘Boss! You’re right! She really forgot her wallet! Thank you for this opportunity! I will surely pay this in debt in the future!’
“S-so umm, do you mind me buying lunch for you?”
“Eh?! R-really?”
“Yes!”
“T-then please! I-i will pay for it tomorrow!”
“No, need! I just wanted to help you.”
“T-thank you so much really…”
“Save that for later, tell me what you want.”
“O-oh right, it’s….”
Junichi was satisfied with the progress of the two, he didn’t expect Masayoshi to go well, this was something beyond his expectation, but it wasn’t a bad development, the reason why he thought of that is that when Masayoshi shuttered, Junichi thought it was over, but luckily Sui was a good girl.
Masayoshi was lucky to pick a girl like her, after all, he had a reputation of being rejected multiple times, and with his help, Masayoshi would certainly get a girlfriend this year, he said.
“My friend, it seems that spring has come for you.”
While saying that, he saw something new, it was a screen that he didn’t know existed until today.
Name Umehara Masayoshi
Affection: 85%
Status: In love with the other party
X
Name: Watanabe Sui
Affection: 41%
Status: Thinks the other party is a nice person.
---
‘I can see their affection for each other? This makes my job easier!’ He thought, then he stared at them who were happily talking with each other, he couldn't help but say.
“I’m a bit jealous looking at them.”
“Yeah, me too.”
“I know right- wait who?!”
He instantly shifted his toward the person near him, and as he saw that person, he said with a surprised tone.
“Morishima-senpai?”
“Yes! Tachibana-kun It’s been a while!”
“Yeah, it has been a while since I last saw you, Morishima-senpai.”
Haruka stared at his face with curiosity.
“Senpai?”
Then Haruka suddenly grabbed his head using both hands and said.
“Tachibana-kun...did something happen to you? Your face has bruises, you know?”
Junichi was surprised for me a moment, before answering,
“Ah, you didn’t know?”
“Mhm, hey tell me what happened.”
“Well….it’s like this,”
Junichi explained what happened to him, as he did Morishima exclaimed.
“How mean! They did this to you?? How cruel! Sorry I didn’t know...maybe I shouldn’t have asked...you remembered something unpleasant because of me..”
Haruka had a guilty expression on her face, she believed that she shouldn’t have said that as he was about to say it’s fine, suddenly options appeared in front of him.
[ A: Since you made me remember something unpleasant, you should heal me by having sex with me!. ]
[ B: No need to feel guilty senpai, It isn’t your fault. ]
[ C: This daddy is hurt, now you should compensate by doing dual cultivation with me!]
Seeing these options, he couldn’t help but think. ‘The fuck?’
Option A was something, he would never say, why the hell is it even there? It’s too blunt, rude, cancerous in the first place, is that something a human should say?
C was more ridiculous, where are we? In a Chinese Cultivation world? It’s the same with option A, but with a young master flavor.
No need to think, A and C are something that a human shouldn’t say, so he answered.
“No need to feel guilty Morishima-senpai, It isn’t your fault.”
“But..”
“It’s fine.”
“Really?”
“Yeah, I don’t need to repeat it right?”
He smiled at her.
“You're such a nice Tachibana-kun.”
“You flatter me Morishima-senpai, but I’m not nice at all,”
He looked at her with a serious expression, seeing his expressionHaruka said.
“Geez, don’t be so serious, a little flattery won’t hurt, ah! That's right, want to eat together with me?”
“Sure?”
“Then it’s decided! Let’s go!”
Haruka instantly dragged him without a warning, but he expected this much considering Haruka’s personality.
