One of the things I’m using to hold myself accountable to my goals is cold hard facts. Tough but kind love and reflection. How bad do I truly want this thing? More spare time? More money? To be super fit and lose weight, etc. Somewhere between what I originally said I wanted and what I’m actually willing to do is the answer. From there I work on acceptance and reworking my goals to be more realistic. It’s an ongoing process, but is so helpful. Keeping it real with myself even if it hurts. 🤗🧭🗻
