An update and an apology
🕑 Added 2020-10-01 04:39:30 +0000 UTCHey everyone! I just wanted to give y'all an update on my life and why my uploads have been pretty sporadic lately. I'm doing well - work has just been very busy recently, and it's causing me a lot of stress. When I'm stressed, I tend to withdraw from social stuff. But I try to be true to my "Four Monthly Videos" promise, even though each video may not come weekly. So I do apologise for going a few weeks between uploads.
Other things going on include a tooth extraction last week so that's caused my diet to be restricted, which on one hand sucks because I've lost a little weight from not being able to eat solid food, but it's been good because I've had some pretty bad swelling in my feet and legs. Not being able to eat my normal salty junk food has helped reduce the swelling, but I'm pretty much able to go back to my normal diet now. Going forward I'm going to do a little bit of walking every evening now that it's getting cooler, so I can keep the swelling at bay and keep my heart healthy as I approach 500 lbs and beyond.
My workload should be better now that October is here, so I should be more active in the community and more regular with the video uploads. Thanks for sticking around!!
