War Dance in big
🕑 Added 2023-05-03 18:33:04 +0000 UTCMe revisiting some old themes. Not the first time I've done a dancing anybody, as you know. Definitely not the only one I've done recently, but probably one I'm happier with than with other dancers. It's been a long while though since the last time I did a laser effect like this though :3
I wont go into too much detail as to what this actually relates to, so I'm afraid the title will remain obscure, she's likely to become a recurring character in the future though, as previous images have been popular, despite missing context, and I like drawing her :b
Art wise, this image didn't originally start out as dark as you see it here, though darkness in general was expected and also planned for to an extent, however the black areas do eat up a lot of what I had originally done in terms of shading on much of her body, for instance. The counter light on ther right side also only came in during the coloring process, which was definitely needed to make the image more interesting than just having a fennec dance at a rave X3
Outside of that, there's plenty of musical inspiration flowing into this, one of which was listed in the public post (UMEK - Predator). Others would definitely the recently released Black by KLOUD, as well as asorted Nightcore remixes and some old-school stuff by H.P.Baxxter. Take your pick <3
