First we have Keira and two friends of hers from somewhere in her later character history. I haven't really concepted either of them any further aside from being in this picture, though their names in my head canon are Sally and Eric for the rudder butt and trash panda respectively.
Both of them would be employees at the same company as Keira, though Sally is apparently the resident fire fighter.
I might reveal more of Keira's character and history as time passes. For now I have to finish building her character for the game to start with X3

Second is a greyscale thing I did for Sandow late last month and just forgot to share. He'll be able to answer any deeper questions, but what I know of the goings on in this picture is that the character here was forcibly remade into a different physical shape, in this case one of Spottea's Grimalkin creatures.
As I understand it, said person did some reprehensible things in order to get themselves into this situation in the first place, so I don't feel too bad about it, but not having any vocal chords to use when you previously did sure has to be an experience - not one I'd need to make myself, mind you <_<
