Dark and haunting. Those are the words that came to mind first. There were times browsing the shoot where your portrayal was almost painful. I say that as a compliment. I don't really know another way to phrase it. I'll check out the anime, though I can tell I'll need to be in a certain mood to watch it. The photography is beautiful. Are the shadows all from the photographer or are they a combination of photography and editing? Either way, everyone involved did a wonderful job.
