tbh if you know sigils, it is not confusing... They focused on sigils clearly to show which army it is, besides Lores' armor was always fancy one and horses of course a big hint...

my only tid bit about this great episode is i wish it could of been done a tad bit better and less confusing the ending but its also supposed to be confusing because thats how battles are

Cersei isn't the source of Sansa's suffering, really its Geoffrey. She is preparing her with her trauma dumping because she can honestly see that Geoffrey will be worse than Robert was.
