June's Small Plugin
🕑 Added 2022-05-15 19:39:22 +0000 UTCSmall plugins are plugins that are not expected to require more than 1 months worth of work. Please note that since development can have unexpected surprises, there is no guarantee that this plugin will be completed in one month or less, just that in 99% of cases it should be completed in the given time frame.
For June's small plugin, would you like to see...
Battle Result Events - This plugin would queue a common event to run after a battle is over. This will allow you to easily run event commands based on any battle's result, such as if you want an actor to say something if you escape a random battle. It will set a defined variable to the troop ID that was fought against, and set a defined variable to the result (win/escape/loss).
Battle BGM Control - This plugin would add additional control over which battle BGM plays during the battle. It would choose a random battle BGM from a list of eligible tracks, which may change based on actors participating in the battle, which troop you are fighting, etc.
Battle Weather - This plugin would allow you to have weather effects while in battle. This would not include any actual impacts to the battle processing (ex: snowing weather = stronger ice attacks), it would just be for allowing the built-in weather effects to display in battle. It would also allow the set weather effect event command to work in battle.
Additional Text Codes - This plugin would add numerous text codes that you could use anywhere text codes are supported. I would look to include some common text codes that may be included in other "message system" like plugins, such as the ability to draw an item's icon + name. This would also integrate with other CGMZ plugins, including text codes for CGMZ-specific things such as drawing a CGMZ profession's name and icon.
At 11:59PM CDT May 31st (Tuesday), this poll will close and I will start working on the plugin with the most votes. In case of a tie, I will choose one of the plugins that received the most votes.
