Helmet Cave [25x35] [Doctor's Stash]
🕑 Added 2020-07-10 16:07:51 +0000 UTC"Aaron, I don't like this place."
The human side of my half-orc companion shakily spoke as we dove deeper into the frozen depths of damned Steel Mountains. The bulky barbarian somehow looked smaller and his yellow eyes childishly sought mine; I have never seen Grizkh afraid. I was, however, serene as we climbed up the small rocky plateau. Enormous, carefully carved face stoically watched us, with darkness of its mouth inviting us in. Noticeable hole in the helmet's face was more than revealing. Silence was ominous, birds ceased to sing.
Rough, crumbling slopes framed the scenery hinting that there was only one way out of here. A way in. Live mountain was given the visage of the relic I craved for decades. Grizkh was a master tracker, yet those marks a child would track – a huge, earth pressing, stamp-like footsteps. I was aware of the ill-tempered frost giants. Yet, the helmet will be mine.
Howdy!
We would like to announce our first theme, starting with the July maps – The Armor Set Battlemaps! We know how it hard is to equip your character in a set and we decided to make a giant quest to get one. Every battle map will be in the shape of one piece of armor – stronghold whose walls are shaped like chest part or the Gauntlet Islands. Locations are scattered all around the world, with dusty armor pieces waiting to reunite with their long-lost brothers and sisters under the mighty hammer of Master Smith!
We will make the polls to choose which piece of equipment will be the next week's battlemap. Keep in mind that we take suggestions which we will include in polls, so feel free to contact us in any way. You can expect a collaboration with fellow creators, which we will update accordingly.
For planning reasons, first armor piece is our Helmet Cave Entrance battlemap accompanied with full 5e compatible one-shot adventure for 5th level made in awesome collaboration with Adventures Await. Grab your loot!
