There are a lot of stories that can be adapted about authors being isekai'd into their own works, some of them are even good. I feel like the villainess trope is slightly lower on the trope value meter than isekai trash imo, but that is usually because most of the stories lack dynamic characters and plot and instead rely too heavily on stereotypes and cliche. The only extreme cliche story type I really dislike is the face slapping wuxia wn, and the west's garbage equivalent of system apocalypse stories.

The OP and ED are really peculiar. You don't often get this type of music for fantasy animes. But I feel like, just like the animators focus on goofy faces and movement, they were also more audacious with their music choices. In any case, I like the extra challenge that the MC is not an expert of the story like most otome animes, but instead has to dip into memories of her dark past for info on her AO3 fanfic she half forgot because she was a teenager at the time.

So her plot points are coming real? Can they be redirected to her being the center of attention? Will the Heroine still get the same guys mostly? liking it so far. just abnormal enough I feel I can't predict it.
