Oooh, this is going to be a very interesting reactions to observe... Gou was very much mirroring/remixes of og arcs so I'm sure you'll notice some events while still getting to experiencing the original story twists. Hope you enjoy it, this series is one of my top favorites, there nothing quite that scratches the same itch as Higurashi for me even Go/Sou have a notable difference in Tone due to the in-universe New game Plus situation going on. The Balance of silly SoL and growing Horror is just great to me.

Nice. This was my top anime during edgy gore teenager phase. It's still an incredible anime even without the violence.
