well everyone in this world is summoned, but the main characters we follow are connected to him. like the bandits who were selling kids aren't connected to him so it's seemingly a case of just making a bigger narrative but only a small fraction are actually connected

This is an amazing anime, the writing is so great. Still, I do wonder why everyone is connected to the MC. I just hope they don't let it all be something like a dream in the end. There must be a logic to everyone being connected in this second life. Well maybe we have kind of "admins" who are responsible.
