That is the tier? tiers appear in your currency based on what I set it as in my currency. You pay for tiers afyer it's been converted into your local currency. So wherever you live 38 is what you pay but your 38 is equal to my 50. You already been paying 50 Canadian by paying 38 whatever your currency is
