The Evil Eye IS a little kid, and they show it so well. Heβs an accurate depiction of a traumatized little kid who acts out.

Regarding around 19 minutes into the reaction: Remember that only a small number of people can actually see spiritual phenomena in this series. When Evil Eye is visiting the school, the other students only see Jiji acting strangely. They don't see any parts of the transformation. This was the same back in season 1, when those students were bad-mouthing Momo and Okarun grabbed one of them by the collar and transformed. Those guys only saw regular Okarun, not the transformed version of him.
