Really great news to hear. In your case, let check your Vitamin Levels. Vit D3, K2, Magnesium etc. I had that problem also, repeating, in all tones. I'm now in check mostly and it is SOOO much better. Also try relaxing exercises for neck etc. I "hear" immediatelly if something is wrong (levels are to low again) again or if i'm tensed because of something. (The nervous system that also leads to the ear goes down to the neck and shoulders/collarbone.) Or if i slept in a bad position.
