ANOES 4 - The Dream Master Watch-a-long | Early Release!
🕑 Added 2024-10-30 17:45:38 +0000 UTCHi Survivors! As long as you are a Series Survivor (or higher tier) you'll have access to our watch alongs :). We can't promise we'll have them available for every video but we'll see how it goes. Thank you for surviving with us! :)
This is an "early release" meaning that it is releasing here before our show version on YouTube is released :).
Freddy definitely wins for grossest of the "big 3" (Michael Myers, Jason, and Freddy Krueger)! It was real cool to see her get all the powers as the Dream Master but it sucks everyone had to die for it to happen :(.

The whole dream aspect really does make it so interesting.....even when it pisses us off LOL!

Thank you Josh! And Freddy is definitely the grossest. Yuck :)

"The Dream Master" is probably the Nightmare sequel that I've rewatched the most. There's just something about the dream sequences that draw me in. It's what's called "The MTV Nightmare" by Robert Englund because of it's energetic style and editing. Sometimes you can kinda get lost while watching it, but I think that was intentional--especially the scene when Alice and Dan repeat the same moment over and over again. I liked that scene! "The Dream Master" is a fun, fast, Freddy flick and it's arguably better than "Dream Warriors," in my opinion.

Hey Final Girlz! I watched the full watch along, and it was incredible! Freddy is hands-down the grossest of the big three, and your reactions to all his twisted kills had me cracking up and cringing in equal measure. Watching the Dream Master’s power-up was so intense, but it was sad seeing everyone go to make it happen. Loved getting this early access and experiencing it with you—thanks for making it so fun! Can’t wait to see more, even if the watch alongs can’t be for every video. Cheers! 🎃

Oh! Interesting!

Renny Harlan directed this one and I think I it made a big difference. After this he made Die Hard 2 and Cliffhanger. Definitely more of an action movie director.
