Inside the lin folder - there are folders with their own hierarchy (textures, scene, addonpackages) you need to spread everything along the same hierarchy as in the folder, and then you can open the scene. However, there is only a model in the scene, the room is not included there.
I've been trying to figure out how to install this model and i can't seem to figure it out
