There is another show called “fear the walking dead” with totally different characters and I believe it starts on the west coast in California. So totally different coast and way farther away from Rick and the gang. It starts much different too. It shows the apocalypse from just as it begins. You’ll see more normal life before the apocalypse goes into full swing. Theres nobody in a coma, so you see it as it happens. There’s 8 seasons of the show. So 3 less than TWD. If you’re interested.
