I think there's a few things to think about in regards to the Archbishops, based off what we know from Petelgeuse. 1. Pride is the only Sin that has no Archbishop currently. 2. Based on the fact Petelgeuse has a Gospel and not his Witch Cult fingers, I think Archbishops get a Gospel. My reasoning - Petelgeuse thought Subaru was Pride and kept asking him if he had a Gospel. We don't know how or from who they get it. However, we don't see Greed and Gluttony at the beginning of the season having one, so who knows if that is true. Unless its hidden in their clothing pockets or whatever. 3. More of a question to raise.. do all Archbishops have a Witch Factor or only Petelgeuse? We don't know what that is or even means, but Beatrice seemed to know that Sloth had a Witch Factor. She then thought that since Subaru killed Petelgeuse, that he inherited the Witch Factor. Even Echidna herself acknowledged it with Subaru. What having the Sloth Witch Factor means for Subaru we don't know.

Now go back and rewatch S1 Episode 18 Subaru and Rem's conversation. With this episode's added backstory context, his rant to Rem about how much he hates himself and blames his inability to do anything on himself for wasting his life doing nothing hits so much harder 😢 Especially Rem's confession of Love to him, telling Subaru how much she believes in him, acknowledging how much brave things he has done for her and others, and calling him Her Hero. I love Subaru's character and story.
