Great summary! The Governor in the comics is so sadistic they dialled it back for the show, sure glad they did...

#YT My thoughts. The last scene shows the VAST Differences between negan and the previous big villain the governor. The Governor was a PSYCHO. He wasn't right in the head. He was unhinged, unpredictable, a liar and crazy. Negan is violent and we learned that in 1 episode. But Negan on the other hand is calculating, honest, strategic, and crazy to believe but caring as well. He hasn't ever lied! That's what makes him such a good villain.
