It's not so simple to people understand each other and bring peace. Unfortunately Marley doesnt want peace, the world doesnt want to treat Eldians better, Eldians are devils to the world, Marley wants the Founding Titan, they wants the fossil fuels underneath Paradis Island, they wants to keep on segregating a entire race on a Internment Zone or on an isolated Island. Could some different action bring peace? Who knows, but by the knowledge of Paradis Island and what we see so far, there's too much hate and contempt towards Eldians. That said, Eren also have hate towards Marley, despite what he said to Reiner during the Tybur's theater speech, he waited which path the speech would turn, when the Declaration of War was made, it's over. It's war in his mind. He wont wait for Marley and the world to attack Paradis AGAIN. Easy way of peace is a ilusion there.
