I like to call episodes 3x16, 3x17 and 3x18 the trauma trinity. That being said, 3x19, 3x20, 3x21 and 3x22 will be an information dump. Take your time with each episode. Carefully digest what will be revealed. Also consider maybe re-watching Ymir's backstory from episode 02x10 to appreciate the foreshadowing tease that was laid in front of you in that episode.
