Thank you so much for your detailed explanations. It's so helpful. We'll definitely have to rewatch everything before the next season. Personally (Vera here), I love that they included that Yuji scene at the end because yeah, I'm now even more anxious about the next season 😄 We really hope S3 comes next year 🤞

and the season was intended to end at the "okkotsu shall be apointed as yuji executioner" scene but these guys at MAPPA wanted to give us more anxiety for season 3 and inserted that extra Itadori scene making noise to attract the cursed spirits (that is a scene that happens later on in the next arc) i dont know why those mappa directors did that because it was very confusing but hey that's that haha

also, the Rika that was gone was the "soul" of Yuta's friend, but there is also "Rika" the shikigami that held Rika's soul before Yuta broke her curse I think this is the only thing I can say about that without entering spoiler territory lol
