It seems like he's in a bit of pain, but there's always a struggle with being born - clearly it's worth it. Where you've always wanted to be. (Plus, the +2 con is worth the -2 Dex for the Rite of Rebirth. :P /nerd ) The confident smirk of the earlier recipient adds a great kind-of-family element to the picture, too! Definitely makes it yet more cool.
