Good ending for the possessor, good ending for the victim’s child (in case of mother possession) well it depends, if the possessor is a boy i prefer he stays in the milf/woman body, and if its his friends mother more, if its a random woman/milf yet more, well in short good/bad ending at the same time depending the situation
