I will open 3 or 4 slots for everyone on Saturday the 29th, at around 14:00 EDT / 20:00 CEST. It will be on Furaffinity since most people follow me there I think, but yeah it will be just like last time I opened them, similar rules and stuff. Cheers!

Yeah they are all full atm, they usually go in the first hour or so. But next time I will try a different method probably to see how it goes, like a google doc where people submit their ideas for a couple of hours after it starts.
