Ralsei felt lightheaded and anxious like he was still a kid. The other was full of brilliant and warm conversation that he adored but by the end he forgot what they even talked about. He loved his eyes and loved his style, so unlike his own. He loved those markings that disappeared under baggy clothes making him want to see more, how far they go. And he loved that small hint of a Southern accent that he could never seem to shake off. It's all so comfortable. Desperately he wanted to hug him right then and there but it never came. There was so much of him to grab hold of.
Ralsei excused himself before he could say something stupid but couldn't help turning back, just once. Asriel was looking right back at him, black sclera and all evoking some kind of primal feelings in him. He just carried that look around and it never left him.

That night there would be no rest, sleep ran back deep into those black eyes.
Before he knew it, as his stomach twisted, he wasn't in bed but quietly knocking at a door . The light's gone out in the hallway. A misplaced and clumsy goat shaking at the thought of what he was doing stood there, unable to move. Until suddenly, a creak, then another. The door opened, and then... nothing. He wasn't ready to be met by confusion, even ever so slight. Still, that warmth and comfort was there. After a few words he had to sit down on Asriel's bed. He sat there and waited, waited like an animal, heart beating out of his chest. This night, Ralsei felt like he could save him from everything that wasn't there.

I hope you like the picture and the little story to go with, I haven't written one in a while, it takes me way too long to make them at least alright to me. I know only Ralsei won last month, but I thought it would be much better if it was a picture with someone, especially Asriel. So happy I got to draw these two.

Yeah they are kinda the opposite from each other. With Asriel being more "dark" and Ralsei being more "light". I love how you worked out that difference with Asriel sitting in the shadows and Ralsei being in the sunlight.
