Practice update ....
🕑 Added 2024-08-14 18:00:08 +0000 UTCCheck out my lil practice update. The last section was after my regular yoga practice in the morning, that's why no make-up. I would've thought that I could get a little closer after my yoga practice but it seems that I'm more flexible in the afternoon even without warm-up than after 1 hour of yoga stretching. It's always in bed because a soft surface seems to facilitate the front-bend.
Maybe next update will be with tape measure again since we haven't measured for a while or with water, since it's so hot ๐๐ What do you prefer?
