Unfortunately SFM does not have those features, so this was done by rendering the shot twice, one clothed and one nude. For the clothed version the monitor had a greenscreen on it, then I edited the two shots together in an editing software, I used Filmora.

Cool! It is a render pass trick? Or perhaps a invisible boolean modifier that specifically only targets clothes?
