It seems like there's no eating animation, even though not enough animations is in the modlist which includes eating animation?

when I try to create a new world it says that it can't load datapacks, and I don't know which one of them is the problem ;_;

Tried that already and to no avail. I've pulled the files into a fresh custom profile modpack and it worked.

Removing flywheel worked, thanks.

go to curseforge then click on "create custom profile" then at the top click import and simply import the zip file. no errors after this

just remove oculus flywheel mod

likewise getting the flywheel error...
