patreon devlog update 74: wips and bobs
🕑 Added 2022-03-17 22:59:01 +0000 UTCoof , feeling super tired this week for some reason! so apologies in advance, a ton of this stuff is very much work in progress, but i figured i'd show you peeps anyways-
at some point in the circus level, zap will have no choice but to sign a devil contract, that will get him the chance to star in a stunt show all of his own, but it seems the ringmaster wants to spice things up-
so...well i couldn't really even remotely attempt to start any of these scenes, so have an animatic for the whole cutscene-
another wip, it's the area where the spectators will reside during zap's show. Again very incomplete, but you can see there is going to be a ton of details to fill in so i couldn't really finish it today-
you might have noticed the stylish devil and the buzzsaw demon have sprites now: well THOSE i managed to finish , along with their idle animations-
here's the stylish devil one...
and the buzzsaw demon. I might have his face saws spin a bit later, but for now i'm satisfied with how they turned out.
aand well that's it for this week- more to come, stay tuned!
