Fenris high devlog update 38 and fenris high's future
🕑 Added 2021-07-24 21:59:00 +0000 UTCheyo pups, this week i finally managed to finish the last of the walking animations for the boys, dave's:
and i completed the cafeteria cutscene part where you sit near one of your friends, adding some mouth flaps and ryan and matt.
now on less pleasant news ; fenris high is going on a bit of a hiatus from this week on. Constantly showing off visible updates is quite stressful for a programmer and with the latest overhaul of the game engine this has become way more intense for banana inquiry . The mad lad is still hard at work of course but i've decided we should take a break with the updates so he can rebuild up the game for the new engine and catch up with the graphics and mechanics that are still to be implemented without stressing out too much.
for you patrons this means the game won't be as visible as before, but worry not, we'll decide together what to put in place of the fenris high update while banana works the game kinks out. I'll put out a post later next week so we can discuss about it !

Do not worry man. Game dev is not easy. Please take all the time you guys need and work on it with your own pace. Definitely do whatever is needed to reduce stress! While I'm over the moon that this game is real now, I don't want it rushed at the cost of anyone's health!

Honestly, I was surprised on the amount of updates you have a when the games you are making don't have a Live-Demo yet. IF the game has a Demo version or Early Access yeah I'd expect at least a 1 to 2 week up date. But for games that are still in development, kind a of don't expect much in ways of announcements so don't feel to bad about wanting to pause on the announcements for a while.

Hey I am of the mindset that if you can have less stress in your life then good! Can’t wait too see what you do next with this game and any future update that might replace this one, we love y’all and all that you do so take caaaare!!!
