🕑 Added 2020-05-16 21:59:00 +0000 UTCanother week, another update on the project! banana inquiry has been hard at work at stringing up all the different pieces of the game so we're one step closer to have the first day ready to be played! i made a lil gif where i skip through from the moment you push start to the moment you actually start to play. Of course,there's still some things missing, but it's starting to look more and more like a game!
on the graphical side, i've been modeling some props! now that we can use blender to create them, populating the world will be even quicker!
since we were still testing things out i modeled just a couple things for the library, even tho "modeling" is a big word, the bookcase was literally just a stretched up cube! the table was a bit more involved tho
and we even managed to put them in the game! we'll soon have a proper library!
aside from that i've also been drawing stuff for the initial part of day 1. After being tasked to find the booze you and your friends drank the previous day by the dean you can go around the school and ask where your friends hid it. Ryan is in the library reading a book about a saint with the head of a dog, while george is in the cafeteria ,sketching up a bird he saw in the park outside the school.
matt is in his room hungover and won't come out, while you can find jeff in his room tooling about with the reception's phone
and dave, well... you know dave. You can find him in the bathroom doing his thing.
