Once or twice a month. But for the last well at least since the year started. In particular the reoccurrence of certain symptoms he speaks of makes me concerned. Either his work schedule is overly demanding in the hole. Or he may simply be getting too old or have a condition that Walnut killing him is developing into a chronic issue. I don't really know one way or the other but this is a frequent enough occurrence that I am both totally fine with a break but feel as if more is needed for the future
