When they were first introduced in the manga, Latla and Rip seemed like a couple with their fun and suggestive interactions. It wasn't until waaaay later we found about Leila but even then their development didn't stop and if you have read till that point then u already know that Latla is in love with Rip too. At the moment their development and bond is even stronger and Leila's feelings weren't very clear either so it's still up in the air who's gonna be the canon ship *shrug* Either way I find them very interesting and sexy lol I love them very much so I'll continue to drawing them lol

Wait a minute. I just read up on them and I find it kind of awkward that Rip was the ex-fiancee to Layla’s dead little sister that they’re trying to bring back to life? And they’re hooking up? I don’t get it. Just seems awkward to me knowing about that.
