Hi, you activate the cheat ''bb.moveobjects on'' first before place the house? I recommend you place the house when you are inside the lot with the same size and not in the world map. Pls verify if you don't paste the mods inside other folders only in you mods folder and confirm if you have the mods enable in option game because the game can auto desable the mods when updates. I hope this help :)
