Shiori Live2D animation (SFW) complete

The idea is Shiori is at the park with the BF, enjoying a popsicle, when she notices him looking at her, and she decides to tease him a bit.
This was a huge project. It's been in the cooker for a while, and recently I put everything into trying to finish it. I knew it was gonna be a lot of work, and sure enough, it was. I essentially had to make a whole Live2D model for her, rig it, and then animate it. And the rigging process isn't really done until the end - I was having to go back and forth and tweak animations and parameters constantly right until the last second.
Thankfully, I learned a lot in the process! There's some stuff I wanna go back and improve in Chinatsu's model now. For example, I learned how to animate mouths properly. Chinatsu doesn't talk, so I was able to get away with doing it little articulation, but even that articulation is not great. Now, I know to make it proper. In this animation, rigging the mouth was one of the big challenges. I had to make it animate between a bunch of mouth shapes, and then also the tongue, and then supporting objects going into the mouth. It was pretty tricky.
In addition to that, there's a bunch of toggleable things. She has her mouth with teeth open and teeth closed. Different blushes. Different backgrounds. Different donger variants (only in the NSFW version ;p). Different hand animations.
And then finally there's now also zoomed in versions! The original, full size image is nice, but it's not the best framing to focus on what's going on, so I made a second version of every animation where it zooms right in and let's you see her cute face animating in 1080p 60fps!
I recommend playing the animations in full screen for the intended experience. I don't know about other video players, but in MPC-HC you can just press the PageUp and PageDown keys to navigate backs and forwards through the animations. Best way to enjoy it, IMO. :>
Sorry for needing a few extra days to finish it off. I really hope you guys dig this. Shiori this year has been the subject of two really ambitious projects, and I'm pretty happy with how they came out.
Lastly, just a teaser for the saucy version: it has 11 more animations, most of them with totally new (extra spicy) movements! Shiori gobbles up her BF. :p

VLC worked, can't believe I didn't even try that. Good work on the animations!

Could you try installing k-lite codec pack and running it with MPC-HC? Or VLC. See if that works. Really not sure why h264 would have issues with stock media players, but those can be clunky.

Don't laugh too hard, but tried using the standard windows Media player, the legacy media player and even the film-tv player programs. the only who managed to play it, albeit most likely not in the intended way, was Clipchamp.

Wait, really? Should be regular x264 video, which runs on just about anything. What program are you using? Both my VLC and MPC-HC seem to run it fine.

Stupid question, but what program is needed to view them? The videos run into unsupported encoding errors on my end
