Ohhhhh, 'One group of eight people' as opposed to 'One out of eight remaining groups' (presumably of 8 people)

In this case, one group of eight refers to the team who got the bonus for being the first group from Earth to kill a fallen lifeform. Thanks for all the comments!

I feel like it could be good. Conceptually this might grow into an immortality power. Regeneration, not having to breathe, eat, sleep, die of old age. Maybe durability, too. It conceptually all fits within 'surviving'. Remember, he has his Mana Dart thing that will also shape his path, too. I'm actually worried about the mad god screwing over his selections more than anything else hahaha.
