I enjoyed the natural volcanic hot pools as well as the really cold water pools there.I really love cold water. It is so invigorating. I love it way more than hot water. I find that cold water is invigorating and can help your body resist disease according to WIM HOFF.
How many of you have studied Wim Hoff cold water therapy and breathing techniques?
