If you see a role assigned to you much like the tier you are supporting (eg Lieutenant, Captain, Major), then you have the right setup.
Otherwise, try Method 1 below:
- Make sure you are login to Patreon.
- Logout of Discord then log back in after you login to Patreon
or Method 2
- Open settings on Patreon page (this is a drop down menu you get by hovering over your patreon icon)
- On the left under "Patreon" should be 5 options. click on "Account".
- Scroll down to connections and Discord should be an option, click the option connect to discord
- Log in screen for discord should pop up. Log into Discrod on that screen
