It had been over three months since the mishap; since Lady of Verdant Manor, Eleanor Nightley, had been cursed and transformed into a mere piece of jewellery. Though she once boasted a stunning, sexy figure, she was now just a silver engagement ring. However, instead of a diamond, a miniaturised version of her soft face was fastened atop the ring.
Eleanor retained all her senses, could still speak, and could move her face, but that was all. For her care, she had her maid, Audrey Hill, to look after her.
"Ouch! Careful when pouring hot tea, Audrey, a droplet just splashed me!" Eleanor commanded.
"Apologies, Lady Nightley!" The maid said, quickly grabbing a handkerchief and tenderly dabbing the sentient ring on her left ring finger.
Audrey took a seat at the cute courtyard table, all ready for her Mistress' tea time. Before her was a miniature set of cutlery with proportionately tiny tea cups and plates of snacks to match Eleanor's new size.
With everything all prim and proper, the maid delicately lifted the puny little tea cup to her Lady's lips so she could take an elegant sip.
"Ahhh, quite refreshing! Another excellent pot of tea, Audrey." The ring spoke in her booming, authoritative voice, but was still rather quiet given her diminutive circumstances.
"Thank you, Ma'am!" Audrey smiled, placing the cup back on its tiny tray.
Then, after much practice since Eleanor had changed, she picked up the small knife and fork to cut off a mini bite of pastry. Audrey carefully moved the fork to her Mistress' mouth to deposit the slice of sweetroll she had baked herself.
"Mmm… fresh, as always." Eleanor hummed contently.
"Only the best for you, Lady Nightley!" Audrey blushed, and was thankful her Lady couldn't see her face at the moment.

Later that afternoon, Audrey was busy keeping the mansion in order; she was under constant surveillance from her Mistress, after all. She went about her day, dusting and sweeping up, washing and drying miniscule little dishes, cleaning and tidying wherever necessary.
But once that was finished, it was Eleanor's bath time.
The maid prepared a soft washcloth, warm water, and gentle metal polish to keep her Mistress clean and shiny. In Eleanor's personal lavatory, Audrey had long since ring-proofed it so her Lady couldn't fall down the drains or get swept away in the toilet. She had also prepared a little ring box with plush padding for Eleanor to sit in.
"Oh Audrey, where do you find such soft furniture?" Eleanor asked rhetorically as she settled into her seat, making her maid blush again.
"Only the best for you, Lady Nightley!"
After dampening the washcloth in the steamy water, Audrey gingerly scrubbed the makeup off Eleanor's round face: off with her blush and foundation; away with her wings of eyeliner, with care not to get anything in her eyes; and off with her ruby lipstick. With her Mistress' makeup mostly clear, Audrey made one more gentle round of Eleanor's gorgeous face, then used the dry end of the washcloth to wipe her clean.
Next up, the maid dabbed a second cloth with a tad of polish. To maintain the ring's enviable lustre, Audrey firmly but carefully rubbed each nook and cranny of her Lady's intricate, ornate loop of metal.
"Oh my! Mmm, sometimes, dear, you make it difficult for even a lady of my standing to keep composure." The ring almost moaned as she felt her maid's intimate touch all over her inanimate form.
Audrey held back a smile on her blushing face once more. "Only the best for you, Lady Nightley!"

That evening, when Audrey had finished her shift, she returned to the maid's chambers with Eleanor still on her finger. Now that she was off the clock, the pair were no longer a Lady and her maid: they were now just a ring and its Owner.
"Hee hee, I've waited all day for this!" Audrey exhaled as she fell back on her soft bed.
After quickly kicking off her cute shoes, lifting her frilly maid dress, and pulling down her damp panties, Audrey slid the living jewellery off her left ring finger. Instead, she wore Eleanor on her right middle finger, with the ring's face visible on the palm-side of her hand.
"Give me a big, long kiss~" Audrey said sultrily, moving her hand down to her dripping pussy.
Eleanor's face was pressed up against Audrey's erect clitty as the off-duty maid began fingering herself. Each thrust of her finger rubbed the ring back and forth against her adorable clit and sent little splashes of pussy juice all over; after all the careful cleaning, Eleanor was getting devilishly messy~
"Nnng, mmmm! Mmm, Nnng, mmmm!" The ring moaned unreservedly as its face was squished up to the proportionately-massive vulva of its Owner.
"Nnng! Nnng, ah, ahhh!" Audrey cried. "You're loving this aren't you, you pervy little slut~"
"Mmmm! Mmmm-!!"
"How scandalous- Nnng, ahhh! -for a Lady of your standing to be face deep in some commoner's messy cunt~"
The taste of Audrey's natural lube and the smell of her divine pussy had Eleanor in a frenzy. "Mmmore! Mmm, p-plea let mmme commmme!!"
"Silly ring, objects can't come~ Ahh! Nnng!!" Audrey teased, then reached the height of pleasire. "AAAHH!! AAAHH!! NNNG, AAAAAAAAHHH!!!"
The off-duty maid squirted all over her bed spread as she needily fingered herself past climax. She eventually slowed to a halt and laid back to catch her breath.
"Nnng, d-don't end there! I need more! Th-this time I'll b-be able to climax, I can- Nnng! -feel it!" Eleanor begged its Owner.
"What kind of woman takes orders from their simple, slutty jewellery?~ Besides, it's time I cleaned up my mess~" Audrey pulled Eleanor off her finger and raised it up so they were face to tiny-face. "Bath time! Only the best for you, Lady Nightley~"
With that, the woman popped her ring into her mouth where she could lick it clean. The ring was rolled over in its Owner's mouth as Audrey's tongue explored every tiny inch of its form. The sensation of Audrey's tongue poking through the ring's hole evoked memories of rather lewd, intimate bodily sensations Eleanor had felt prior to its transformation.
"Mmm! Mmmmm! Nnng-!!" The ring moaned blissfully.
Once Audrey had licked the last of her pussy juice from Eleanor's tiny form, she moved the ring from her mouth and back onto her left ring finger.
"N-no! Keep going! I'm s-so close!" Eleanor pleaded breathlessly.
"Hush, slut. A good ring sits there and is pretty for its Owner~"
'Audrey will pay for this!' Eleanor thought. 'I'll have her clean the stables spotless! B-but for now…' "Nnng, p-please, Owner, let your ring come?"
Audrey grinned menacingly at her ring. "Rings can't come~"
