Hello all, and welcome to the FINAL Elseridge Academy content release! With this map, we've at last rounded out the entirety of the map and borough guide. Of course, we have another round of edits and improvements to make before the Definitive Edition release, but we figured we might as well show off a preview of the incredible full-scale map. Please note that we do still have to make some tweaks and color correction!
Now, let's dive into this big ol' bundle of Elseridge content!
Borough Guide
This guide focuses first and foremost on Elseridge Academy's secret societies. These fraternal orders are sometimes pre-professional, sometimes purely social, and sometimes decidedly more nefarious. Off-campus, a number of non-students pledge these orders from Fort Exogenous, a secret base out in the salt flats. This document also gives an overview of the Arcane Thesis that students must complete during their fourth year of study. Finally, we provide a third example of how you might practically structure your Elseridge Academy campaigns.
Maps
This final map is home to much less insane magical architecture than recent releases. A library, a dam, and the southern edge of the fluxum shard dominate the view. A path leading southeast also hints toward exciting adventure out on the salt flats. As with each of our Elseridge maps, we provide 5 additional aesthetic variants: Tropical, Forest, Winter, Fluxum, and Starfall.
Our interior this week is also quite simple! Elseridge students need books, and those books are kept in this library! Plain and simple. With gorgeous lighting and unprecedently comfy vibes, we suspect your players will love hanging out in the library. These interior maps are only available to patrons at the Chief Courier tier and higher.
Music
Much of this release is about the bizarre forces that exert their power on Elseridge from beyond. "Fort Exogenous" is the perfect accompaniment for plots regarding these outside entities. Unusual melodies and crunchy percussion evoke terrors from the beyond. If that's a bit much for ya, try out the ambient variant!
Fort Exogenous | Collaboration with Cze & Peku
We've teamed up with BB allies Cze & Peku yet again to bring you the battle map for Fort Exogenous. This mysterious base sits a dozen miles away from campus, and it is home to countless apprentices with no love for Elseridge Academy or its students. Cze & Peku are—quite simply—the most prolific, creative, and colorful cartographers in the industry. If you ever need maps for your tabletop campaigns, you must give them a follow!
