Graphical Systems Update Progress
🕑 Added 2023-08-18 23:00:03 +0000 UTCreverse_mitts has been working on a new, more-efficient system to display graphics during escapes. The base game's escape system basically shows a whole bunch of images stacked on top of each other, and this can get pretty taxing on your computer. Basically, he's found a way to create these sort of sprite sheets (called an "atlas" by the program) to make the process much less painful and easy to run. Hopefully you'll all be able to feel the performance boost in the next update!
