I didn't expect Eiji to kill the remaining Gods and Goddesses of the Greek Pantheon, even the Goddesses were no exceptions! But if I had to guess he probably killed them because they were neither pure maidens nor virgins anymore. But anyway, the Greek Pantheon have practically become extinct and only exist in name now.
