The prices are bad but what I find even worse from a certain perspective is how quickly people have started to justify 70 as a price point.
The rocketing game prices are ridiculous, but I'm happy to have the game for the PC, even if the pricing does necessitate some... maritime solutions. Platform exclusivity is aggravating and so counter-intuitive.

Agreed, if this is the precursor to a PC release, I'll gladly take it. Anything to hasten the slow death of platform exclusivity. Is the price ridiculous? Absolutely, but that's a much wider problem, as you've discussed. Personally I'll stick to waiting, unproblematic key-shops or just our good old friend piracy. Linguistic fun fact: in German, data piracy is called "Raubkopieren", which roughly translates to robbery copying, insinutating that the act of piracy is akin to robbery, as in theft PLUS violence.

I don't play any console games, so I'm actually looking forward to the release on Windows. I felt the same about the Spider-Man Remastered release. The price hike still sucks though.
