Resident Evil Village - Village Creeple (Jimpressions)
🕑 Added 2021-05-11 14:23:31 +0000 UTCResident Evil has never tasted so much like Halloween.
Resident Evil Village is a camp and schlocky delight. It's spooky, and silly, and has a lot of Resident Evil 4 in its DNA. In short, I like it. In tall, Lady Dimitrescu!

This is the first AAA game I bought on launch day in YEARS. Says a lot.

This honestly sold me on the game. It sounds way more like my cup of tea than the series usually is (gimme the spooky stuff).

I've never played a Resident Evil game before, and so far I had no particular interest in the series, but I just got a new PC, and this looks hella tempting. I might just get my start here.

Your reviews are always such fun! I've personally been kind of enjoying this return back to form with how they are starting to bring back some old - school RE4 elements. This game so far pretty much feels like an RE4 and RE7 merge to me, and that is totally fine with me!

Everything I've seen so far looks like a blast, I am very excited to be able to play it soon
