In the episode, when Laura mentions her problem with Steven Universe, I like to call that the “HunterXHunter Problem”, because it takes about 40 episodes of the 2011 series to go from completely archetypal shonen anime to basically the best of all time. Jim would seriously love it. The characters are good throughout, so they’ll bring you to the best parts. Stick with it; Yorknew City Arc is amazing.
