How to play on Android:
If you want to play it on Android, you will need to download JoiPlay from the app store and its extension for RPG Maker MV. Then extract the game onto your phone and start it from JoiPlay.

Hey! You will need to use an app that can extracz zip files. Something like RAR on the play store. Download it, extract the downloaded zip file with it, then browse the Game.exe file with Joiplay. If you need more help, please don't hesitate to ask!
