Yes, sure. Let's go to chats. On the left pannel choose "Community" then "Support Center" . There you can attach image.

I didn't even notice the other "things to check" until just now. Tried putting a "z" in front of the filename (so it would load last, correct?). Also renamed the movie file you referenced. Still get that black main menu. Is there a way to send you a screenshot of my Packed_DX12 directory? Maybe you can see something I don't.
