1) sure, why not. 2) rules are pretty lax. Just normal mtg/commander rules with an emphasis on getting Benny out of his pants ;P

Absolutely amazing. The lighting is gorgeous, and the detail on the cards is just enough that they're clearly Magic cards, but not so detailed they pull focus away from the chunkie cutie in the foreground. An incredible piece
